FEEL GOOD MUSICAL!

Urged by my US sister-in-law to see Waitress, got my tickets last autumn to see the show on it's third night. Couldn't fault the cast or the 'on stage' band. Audience mainly under 40 and they were hugely enthusiastic. Definitely a musical for the young. A jolly evening!

WAITRESS MATINEE

Hats off to the cast of this production, mainly understudies I believe, they were all brilliant especially Matt Willis(what a revelation)they all worked so hard to make the show fun,my only difficulty was the amplification of the band, made it hard to catch every word which is essential if like my friend and I its first time of seeing waitress, that said despite the obvious problems ie start delay,it was a great afternoon at the theatre.

What we thought

heartfelt Moving JOYFUL

The smell of baked treats wafts through the foyer of the Adelphi Theatre as Waitress becomes the best smelling show in the West End!

London is being blessed with an influx of great Broadway musicals this year. Making history in New York with an all-female creative team (with the score written by Grammy winner Sara Bareilles), Waitress has now arrived in London!
