Funnier than it was scary.

Acting and stage design were brilliant, sadly thats as good as it gets. The scariest part was the intro! The sound was far too quiet for it to have any sort of impact. Can't recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a scary evening.

Ice cream but you won't!

Scariest thing was the ticket price and the cost of the ice creams in the theatre. Actors worked hard but shouting your lines doesn't make them any better. Set design and production made it mildly engaging. One positive at least they didn't drag it out for two hours... a few bangs and then lights out!

A hollow production with little thought or care

Woefully underwhelming acting and little attention to detail. The production struggled to remain engaging throughout and was only held together by its excellent lighting and sound design. These were not enough to maintain the horror however as the scariest moment remained curtain rise of act 1. All other scary moments were either forced or telegraphed too clearly. With such a compelling source material I would hope for an impactful story, however this felt amateurish and hollow. There is so much more that could be done with this.
